Separate postcodes with a comma, to enable postcodes to have multiple rules add accordingly.
For example, to have postcode GU10 as 'show for any fare up to 5 min arrival time and a minimum fare of £20 for anything above that, add GU10 to Zone with settings ETA >5, min fare ANY and also a zone with ETA any and min fare £20. Place holder text shows these settings in ZONE A & B
